First Generation

1918

in 1918, Hermann F. Zamzow founded Zamzow Manufacturing Co, Inc. to serve the trucking, farming, and military industries with quality canvas and vinyl tarpaulin products.

Second Generation

1955

In 1955 Ellis R. Schmidt became president of Zamzow Manufacturing, Co. Inc. after learning the ropes from his step-father Hermann "Fred" Zamzow
